In this work, the figure is not presented as a fixed identity or a complete image, but as a presence that leaves an imprint on memory and emotion. Through the reduction of detail and the use of charcoal, which can both reveal and dissolve, the body and garment become suggestive marks. They move beyond the individual toward a broader meaning, stimulating identity and belonging, and giving heritage a fragile yet vivid visual presence.
