At each year’s end, I paint a self-portrait—a quiet ritual that transcends mere likeness. These annual works are not mirrors of appearance, but windows into the shifting landscape of my becoming. Each brushstroke inscribes a chapter in my visual diary, every canvas a silent witness to the metamorphosis of self. In their layered textures and evolving forms, I glimpse the many selves I have inhabited, time’s passage rendered in color and gesture.
